Alex Hedger is the owner of Bizarre BUT True!, a project built around the strange, the unusual, and the things that don’t quite make sense at first glance.

With a long-standing interest in real-world oddities, Alex previously brought this curiosity to life through a physical museum experience in Hastings, where visitors could explore unusual artefacts, stories, and exhibits in person. That same spirit now continues online, sharing bizarre discoveries, lesser-known facts, and stories that sit somewhere between reality and disbelief.

Through Bizarre BUT True!, Alex focuses on finding and presenting content where fact genuinely feels stranger than fiction — whether it’s historical oddities, unexplained events, or things you simply wouldn’t believe unless you saw them yourself.
